Terms and Conditions

1. An order is final after FeestBootCherso has confirmed receipt of the order by means of an order confirmation. Payment is made in one of the method(s) indicated by FeestBootCherso, by email.
   
   
2. There is talk of resale. The price used in the webshop may differ from the price on location. The price only includes access to the event, including reservation costs.
   
   
3. FeestBootCherso makes every effort to send the tickets by email 5 working days before the start of the event. FeestBootCherso is entitled to deliver the tickets until the start of the event. Shipment and delivery are made by e-mail.If the buyer has not received any tickets 2 days before the event, the buyer must inform FeestBootCherso of this as soon as possible so that FeestBootCherso can still meet the delivery obligation. The buyer must then send an email to tickets@feestbootcherso.nl.
   
   
4. FeestBootCherso is not liable for (consequential) damage if the delivery of the tickets fails as a result of providing an incorrect email address and/or telephone number. For such a situation, the tickets are not insured.
   
   
5. If an order has been completed, the tickets are guaranteed and the agreement is not fulfilled or if an admission ticket does not provide access to the event and this is not due to the buyer, then the buyer is entitled to a refund of 100% of the agreed price. Any cancellation by the seller, regardless of the reason, entitles the buyer to a 100% refund. Please contact us by email for this.
   
   
6. The tickets as offered entitle you to access an event, including snacks, fruit and 'champagne games'. Other drinks are NOT included.
   
   
7. The buyer is not entitled to cancel a definitive reservation. After deposit, the tickets are reserved by name. If the buyer wants to transfer the tickets to another name, this is possible subject to change. Contact us by email.

     9.   The usage of promotional codes is limited to 1 code per order. Promotional codes are not valid in combination with other special offers.

            Early-bird tickets, group tickets and VIP-tickets are not special offers.
